LOGO DESIGN

All logos are created & designed with your character's theme or your stream vibe. Your logo includes streaming and content creation commercial usage. When using my design, please credit me somewhere visible like your Twitch panel, website or Youtube.Brand guidelines include logo design, color codes, font styles, color research (such as color pairs, contrast, color blind test and/or alternative) and usage.

Additional design must be related to or use the same elements of the original logo. Example image on the side.For privacy fees, I won't post your design on social media. But once the client posted it or had debuted, I'll be allowed to post it.

OVERLAYS

Custom designed graphics, stream overlays and scenes for your stream or needs. Stream overlays and scenes are designed around yourself, your stream & personality. I provide stream overlays like Just Chatting, Game Screen, Karaoke, Art Screen and stream scenes like BRB, Starting and Ending. I also provide other graphic needs like Kickstarter, banners or social media posts.When using my design, please credit me somewhere visible like your Twitch panel, website or Youtube. This does not include the permission to edit or alter the designs and redistributing or reselling them unless stated or agreed otherwise. All prices are base prices & may change depending on the project complexity.

Modular meaning panels, background, chatbox, and other elements will be separated. Not every part/element will be separated.Recolors may be cheaper or may cost more depending on what is needed to be recolored.For privacy fees, I won't post your design on social media. WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

  • Your project is guaranteed to be worked on your reserved month

  • You only pay 10% of total project cost to reserve your slot

  • You can choose different payment terms

  • Guarantee delivery in less than 2 months upon the start of project*

  • Refunds are guaranteed if no work has been shown within 6 months of starting the project **

* Only applicable for graphic requests. Live2D Rig or Model+Rig may take more than 2 months. The 2 month countdown will start once you're informed that the project has started
** Refund amount will be calculated based on conversion fees, platform fees, transaction fees and how much work has been done on the project

GENERAL PROCESS

  • Clients will contact me via email, form or VGen

  • Confirmation / clarification of the request
    For any necessary clarifications, I will communicate via email or direct message through Twitter or Discord. Additionally, I will provide my next availability. Please note that quotations remain valid for one (1) month from the date of email issuance.

  • Invoice will be sent via PayPal or e-mail (if via Wise)
    For commissions scheduled for future months, a 10% non-refundable reservation fee is mandatory for the client.

  • Commission starts
    The client will be promptly notified via email or direct message upon initiation of their commission. All sketch, concept and/or designs will be sent through e-mail (or through VGen chat if commissioned through VGen) for efficient communication and documentation purposes.

  • Delivery
    The completion of payment in full is a prerequisite for the delivery of commissioned files. Clients reserve the right to request evidence of finalized digital assets. Additionally, it is kindly requested that appropriate credit should be given.
